FAQ 1 – Do I fill in the on-line reservation both for the meeting and hotel in the same form? Does this mean that I do not contact the hotel directly?

You are right. You will only need to fill the on-line registration.

FAQ 2 – If I take the shuttle to the hotel, will I have to pay €158?

We will organize the shuttles bearing in mind the estimate time of arrival and departure of participants. €158 is the group price. The individual cost will depend on the number of participants that require the shuttle. We suggest that you choose this option in the online form. Then, as soon as possible, we will inform you about the scheduled shuttles and costs and you may confirm or decline your request. The costs will be handled in the hotel and, if you prefer, may be included in the general receipt.

FAQ 3 – Is the ticket for the shuttle a one-way ticket or a return ticket?

It is a one-way ticket.

FAQ 4 – If I don´t take the shuttle how do I reach the hotel?

You can choose between public transportation and taxi.

Public transportation: You can take the metropolitan to the train station in Porto (trip time around 30′; ticket: Z4: around €2,30) and then take a train to Aregos (trip time: less than 2 hours; more than ten connections along the day; ticket price: €5-€8). Then, you will have to take a taxi to the Hotel (about 2km).

Taxi: You can call a taxi and reach the hotel in approximately one hour.
